UV light has a wave length of 390 nm. If you use it the way it says to, you don't need to wear safety glasses or laser glasses. When this technology is used, it hurts a lot less. I've been getting laser hair removal for about ten years, and it's very painful. This technology doesn't hurt, but it doesn't work as well as a laser either.
